MyThinkAI services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will immediately:

• Suspend and delete the account
• Remove all associated data
• Issue a refund of any payments made

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

MyThinkAI has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
• Content promoting grooming, trafficking, or abuse of children
• Any content that could be used to gain inappropriate Access MyThinkAi to children

Any user found generating such content will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement authorities.

3. Content Restrictions

Our AI tools are designed to refuse generation of harmful content. Specifically, they will not generate:

• Sexual content involving minors in any form
• Content that glorifies or normalizes harm to children
• Personal information about real children
• Any content designed to lure or deceive children

4. Parental Controls

Parents or guardians who discover that their child has registered on MyThinkAI should immediately contact us. We will promptly delete the account and all associated data at no cost.

5. Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on our platform that violates these child safety standards, please report it immediately:

• Include: description of the content, user ID if known, and any screenshots

All reports are treated with the utmost urgency and confidentiality. We will respond within 24 hours and take immediate action.

6. Compliance

We comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding child protection, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the Information Technology Act. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies on child safety matters.
