Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Plan (₹20 / 7 Days)

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund if the tool is non-functional and you report it within 24 hours of payment
• Refund requests must be made via email to info@mythinkai.in with your payment ID
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

• If the tool was Access MyThinkAiible and functional during the trial period
• If you simply did not use the tool
• After 24 hours of the payment date

2. Monthly Subscription (₹999/month per tool)

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us
• Upon cancellation, you retain Access MyThinkAi until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation

Refund Policy

• First billing cycle: Full refund if requested within 48 hours and fewer than 5 generations were made
• Subsequent billing cycles: No refunds for periods already paid, but you keep Access MyThinkAi until period ends
• Technical issues: If our platform was inAccess MyThinkAiible for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, a pro-rated credit will be issued

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@mythinkai.in with:

• Subject line: "Refund Request -[Your Email]"
• Your registered email address
• Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
• Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• Bank processing time may add 2–5 additional business days

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (AI tools have inherent variability)
• Failure to cancel before auto-renewal date
• Purchases made more than 7 days ago (except technical issues)
